Recommended lifestyle advices? A sumptuous life requires a sumptuous bathroom. The travels of an affluent individual will take them to some of the world’s best spas and hotels. Homeowners want to re-create this opulence into their everyday lives via spa-like bathrooms in their very own homes. This includes massive walk-in showers with head-to-toe shower jets, floors with radiant heat, towel warmers, and of course a huge soaker tub where one can escape the stresses of Wall Street.

However, if you want to spend a few days indulging in luxury and escaping from reality, then a wellness retreat could be for you. What do you feel comfortable in? What are the pieces you always wear or want to wear? Hero Pieces: are the staples that last you longer than normal. For me it would be my denim, liquid or leather leggings, crew neck sweaters, shoes, coats. Essentials: on the other hand are your basics; your t-shirts, body suits, things that you will most likely replace throughout the course of a year; things that are not made to last forever. As I began to build a capsule wardrobe, I started to pay attention to the things I wanted to wear most and also noticed the things that started to get pushed to the back of the drawer or closet. I like low fuss clothes. Bodysuits and plain white tees are great essentials for building a capsule wardrobe because they look polished. The tucked in look is classic and classy, they hug your figure and you don’t have to worry about re-tucking them as you go about your day. For white tees they are clean and crisp and pair well with hero pieces or every day looks. See extra info at www.wildbate.com.

This is the latest addition to my body care routine and while I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, it is such a good step to have. The body serum is a fragrance free, hyaluronic acid, daily hydration treatment for your skin after you shower. It’s super easy to apply, it’s a gel texture similar to your favorite hyaluronic moisturizer for your face. A couple of pumps and it melts into your skin. It does feel a little sticky after each application, but it’s not uncomfortable and it’s not a deal breaker for me. It’s been so important for me these days to actually pay attention to all that’s in my skincare and body care. Less is more for me. I should have started years ago, not that I had a horrible routine or anything, but it really makes a difference and when I think about housing and growing children and even what I’ll put on their skin, it’s nice to know there is a brand I can really trust to make clean products.
